The Tree of Life mosaic, composed of three different kinds of clay and light and dark stones was created by Raymond Grimm. The church, dedicated on August 15, 1965, was formerly named St. Cecilia but was renamed Queen of Peace. James Hosey, Architect. Covered walk, view of the bell tower and cross, 1970. LeRoy Setziol created the stained glass windows, using wood frames rather than the customary lead and cement.

Baptismal and holy water fonts were designed by LeRoy Setziol, Ray Grimm created the Stations of the Cross.
The sheet metal screen in the Sanctuary was built by sculptor, Lee Kelly.
